1. How do i register to be a member? Go to www.salestock.com and complete the new member registration requirement. The system will generate an account number that comes with a pre-paid account.

2. What is Salestock account? Every member of Salestock has a pre-paid account upon registration. (account balance). So when you purchase a deal, the amount is charged to your pre-paid account.

3. Am I required to recruit members to enjoy the savings? No. You only have to sign up as a member for FREE to purchase a deal. However,  you can benefit by introducing our offers to your friend and colleagues.

4. The deal attracts me, so what’s next? Make sure you are within the valid buying time 1st by checking the timer. Simply click BUY and your purchase will be reserved. When the minimum number of member’s have signed up for the deal, the system will automatically charge your  account and you will receive a coupon with the details of your purchase.

5. There isn't sufficient credit in my account, but i wish to buy something... Its easy ! You just have to top up your credit (top up) Your purchases are only charged when you have sufficient credit, or else the transaction will not take place.

6. What if the offer fails to attract the minimum number of people? Then it is a NO DEAL, no one gets it and your account won't be charged, so start inviting your friends to grab the deal too. The more the merrier.

7. Is the coupon valid for the same day I bought it? No.  That’s why the coupons have an expiry date set by the merchant. You have to redeem within it within the stipulated time.

8. Is the coupon transferable even with my name printed on it? Yes. You may give it to someone else unless stated otherwise by the merchant. The merchant will observe anyone that presents the coupon as per offer.

9. I misplaced my coupon, can i still redeem? Yes, Just reprint it, however the merchant will cross check your coupon in case its double redemption.

10. As a member of Salestock, can i earn credit to my account? Yes, you will be amazed with the endless member get member rewards and benefits. (member-get-member)

11. Is Salestock’s online coupon sales legal? Off course.  We are governed under the strict guidelines of the various agencies and financial bureaus. Salestock is purely an e-commerce platform and your online pre-paid account information is monitored by a payment gateway provider.
